I bought a MnM Generic Bundle with 3 Scrabble badges, for 48 gems. The sale went through without any problems.
However, I cannot play the game because currently I'm not in USA/CDN and the game doesn't show up in my game list.
The transaction should never have gone through.
Went to Helpdesk (employee Advisor) but they have no option (= refused) to give me a refund.
Currently I'm at rank 32. I also got several Scrabble MnM badges.
How do I get a gem REFUND ??

Ubisoft cannot refund my gems, only Pogo (= EA) can.
It's not the number of gems but it's the fact that the transaction went through where it shouldn't have.
Pogo took my money and refused (so far) to refund.
I've been a Pogo Club member for almost 19 years. Time to take legal action?

As stated in my first post I already had contact with the EA Helpdesk. They didn't have the option to refund gems.
The problem is that Pogo accepted gems (which I bought with money) for a transaction that shouldn't have gone through in the first place.
It all comes down to the fact that the Pogo version of Scrabble HD is not available (any more) for persons living (permanently or temporarily) outside USA/CDN.
Can you explain to me then why I've already earned several Pogo Scrabble badges?

Hey @fredhoogendoorn as I mentioned above, we are not able to assist in any way with account or billing issues on AHQ.
You can make a bug report here but beyond that, there is nothing more that we can do.
