roof inside sims 4

I am trying to build a house after a photo 

I want the roof on first floor to be like the roof in second floor but i cant scale it so it being the same as the second floor roof as you se in the photo

There is also a photo off the house i try to copy

Try putting the roof there first and then building the bay window afterwards. The reason you can't do it is because, in theory, there are no spare roof tiles to put the roof in this situation (because the bay window is using them). In the first half of your picture the roof is using the floor tiles either side of the bay window.

@kreativeangel93  Try using the eave tool to adjust the size of the different roof parts.  It's a little arrow at the corner.  Hold shift to only adjust one side at the time.

I have tried that , when i  build the bay window the roof disappears
