rinse before onsen

Is there an option to have a Sim rinse before using an onsen? Currently the only option is to shower, but when my children sims are outside, the adults won't use the outside shower before getting in. I tried the shower option again about using a bathing suit, but that didn't work either. If this isn't a feature, then something should be added in that will allow sims to use showers in bathing suits before using a residential onsen.

This is a feature on the public lot, all ages shower in swimwear, since you have problems with this I assume it was placed on a home lot?
