recolording

how can I recolor objects, as to have my own unique coloring scale.  in sims 3 you had a color wheel, for sims 4 what is there to use to make colors, what do  we can use to changes colors or make our own

@kathyhansen, sorry, there is nothing for the average player of the Sims4  to recolor items in the game.  You might be able to find Custom Content and Mods on other sites that have recolors, but I don't use Mods or CC (since in the Sims3 because they caused a lot of problems), so I am not aware of any specific recolors, but I would guess some exist.  If you are tech savvy you could also make your own CC and Mods, but like I said, there is nothing for the average player.  I thought the color/pattern wheel was the best thing about TS3! 

P.S. there will be a color wheel for pets with the upcoming Cats & Dogs EP, but that will only be usable on the animals and not on anything else.
