Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let's say you have a household and 4 sims: A, B, C and D. You're controlling A. You traveled A to some other lot, while BCD are staying home. Click B and "Socialize with" "C". B's icon will become a "two-people" icon.
What happens when the bug occurs? However, C's icon is not become "two-people icon". It just stays thunderstorm icon.
What do you expect to see? C's icon should become social icon. / And when you move C to current lot A's in, C will have a "friend green +" constant effect.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
