Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Galaxy s9+
OS Version 9
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 1003585194728
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to buy new flooring, walls, or roofing in build mode
What do you expect to see? Ability to purchase and place new walls, floors, and roofing
Connection Type Wifi

Build mode isn't letting me buy any floors, walls (interior and exterior), or roofs

Could you try removing some items from your house and then replacing the floors?
