"Cats and Dogs" extension able to have puppies and kittens??

I play Sims 4. I see there is a new "Cats and Dogs" extension that will be release in Oct. Any idea if the pets will have the ability to have kittens and puppies? That was the cutest part about it for me in the previous Sims Pets. Thanks for any info!

Yes that will be a part of it. Don't know if the foxes and raccoons will be able to breed.
