OK so I was trying to play the Sims 4 earlier and the game would not launch so I tried Opening Origin and that would not launch either I tried running them as administrator , not on a different thread here someone said to clear the cache which I did and it did nothing , So I decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling Origin ... well not Origin will not install on my PC , I tried running the Origin Thinsetup.exe file as administrator but nothing is helping so now I am completely unable to play the sims 4 at all and I am really stressing out because this is a new computer and I hope it has nothing to do with it and is just a bug with Origin . and I am currently running Windows 10.

I moved your post to the Origin section because this seems to be an Origin problem.
Uninstall Origin after this guide. (if the "easy" way don't works, try the "hard" way.)
Then download this version of the Origin installer and install the "OriginSetup.exe" as an administrator. (right click the "OriginSetup.exe" > Run as an Administrator.)

So after reading the problem I was like "Yo, that sounds like the same thing Im going through" so I followed all the steps. First I tried the easy one and unfortunately it didn't work. Then I decided to try the hard one. I followed everything, exactly as the directions said, and wiped origin off completely. When I tried redownloading origin online with the thin set up, it didn't work. Then I tried redownloading origin through the sims 4 disk, and it still wouldn't download. Every time I try to open sims or origin it says the same thing, "Origin.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start cirrectly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application." I really don't know what to do. I keep trying different things but the end result is always the same thing,
"Origin.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start cirrectly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application." WHAT DO I DOOOOOO!?

Try this version of the installer.
Run the installer as an Administrator. (Right click the "OriginSetup.exe" > Run as an Administrator.)
If that don't works, create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply.
You can attach the DxDiag text file to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.

Yesterday (april 15th) the EA servers were down for quite a while, that might have caused it. Have you tried again today?

Hi so my sims 4 game is off of origin and every time I try to open origin its either blank or it makes me login again then it loads and goes back to blank and says it can't open the login screen. And origin worked fine a couple months ago then it did this a while back so I installed an update on my computer and it worked so that's what I tired to do this time but the update wouldn't load either so idk if its a problem with my computer or if its just origin, because all my other games are working. I also have an iMac.
