my mods aren't showing up [ Edited ]

hi so basically I just recently switched over to my Mac to play the sims but my mods aren't showing up! for example I was trying to get mcc and even watched tutorials for it, I did everything right but still it didn't show at the beginning or in game. how can I fix this?

Mods go in your Mods folder and need to be unpacked first.

make sure the mods that have been downloaded are in the mods folder and are "unzipped" - you can use a program like WINRAR to do this. Also, when you load the game, go to game options and make sure that you have enabled mods and script mods.
