journey to batuu: missing characters

So my sim went to Batuu to become a scoundrel. The last hour I´ve been looking for Hondo but he is nowhere near the Cantina. I´ve repaired and restarted the game but he is still missing. After a closer look I can´t seem to find any of the main characters (Lt. Agnong, Kylo Ren or Vi Moradi). This makes it veeery hard to enjoy the gameplay in Batuu. Have the characters been kidnapped by the latest update?
