initializaion error

I've tried everything to start and play sims 4, i have installed legacy edition, re installed origin, reparid the sims 4 but still shows error. What should i do?

Has anyone been able to fix this for you? I have tried to talk to someone at EA and they told me to get the legacy edition but that didn't work for me either.

@_emelianoelle_  Please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.  Please also post a screenshot of the error: there are a few different codes that point to separate causes for the error.
