i lose my household

i lost my household after the update and i cant find it neither in the menu nor in the gallery and ive tried the cc content ticked box and nothing worked. pls help

It appears you posted this in the section for the game A Way Out. It sounds like this is an issue for The Sims. Would this be for The Sims 3 or The Sims 4?
