Is there a way to disable the cool and neutral skin tones?

I actually preferred it when we had fewer skin tones as the ones available all looked really good but since the update I've honestly kind of fallen out with create a sim. All the skin tones in the cool palette just look like they belong to a zombie while half the ones in neutral just look grey and washed out. Is there a way to disable them so the game only uses the warm skin tones palette (the only good one) so my townies don't end up looking like the living dead?
