How do you get 100 baibes and have a sim in labour straigt when they pregnant.

Basically find someone to have your babies and then once they get to certain achievements they can be aged up and moved out. You are not supposed to use any labor mods or cheats. I would recommend using one of the children from the first person as the next generation. You won't be able to do it all with one person, so find someone else to have the babies once your person gets to old.
