host won't seat sims

Today I just got dine out but when I played the game the host would just make phone calls and stand as sims come to the host thing its very annoying because I really wanted this pack and now I regret buying it. Please note I have no cc in my game is there any way for me to fix the bug because I want to own a resturant. don't mind my spelling have a good day. :/
