Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.12
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? free stuff: Holiday Celebration Pack expansions: Cats and Dogs (came in disk)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going to game options, but game play is grayed out that's how you know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant get into game play in the game options. I just want to turn off autmatic ageing.
What do you expect to see? when game is first loaded, go to options, go to game options, then game play will be grey and i can't go in.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@nuggetneedsnugts--well, you wanted to disable ageing. so load the save you wish to modify those settings for, and go to options -> gameplay. you'll notice it's no longer greyed out. disable auto-ageing for played and/or unplayed Sims as you prefer, and that's it.

@nuggetneedsnugts--you need to load a save file before you can change its gameplay options. try that and see if the tab is no longer greyed out.

@nuggetneedsnugts They're right. You can't change gameplay options if you don't have a game loaded. Load a save or start a new game and the option will be there.

@nuggetneedsnugts--i would expect you to, since you said you want to disable ageing for it. load it instead of staying on the main menu, then you'll be able to change the gameplay options for that save.

OK but when i load the save what do i do,  i also have multiple saves so what do i do about that i have been playing since 12/25/2020

ok let me see if it will work
