fence glitch after update

Is anyone having issues with the new fences that’s in the Sims mobile game? I would purchase it and place it somewhere. Get off the game app and come back and the fence would be gone. I spent a lot of money on these fences. They really nice because the fences are shorter and matches the gate.. looks nice but what’s the issue… I’ve been looking everywhere for someone to talk about this fence glitch, but no one has been  talking about it since the recent update.
