disable headscarves

Hi, I want to disable Muslim headscarves because they keep randomly appearing on Sims I created myself as well as NPCs and I don't want the headscarves. How do I stop that? If there isn't a setting to turn it off then there should be because if I wanted this option I would choose it. I do not want it, so I want to stop it. Sometimes the same character wears one, sometimes not. It's weird and creepy because I did not choose this option, so fix this problem please. Thank you

@thegracet This probably has to do with this bug: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/TO-TEST-Random-hats-on-situational-outfits-on-NPCs/td-p/690458... and situational outfits.

The scarfs are hats so Sims can choose them for situational outfits.

Probably best to me too that bug report.
