create a sim is blanc after update januari '21

Yesterday I installed the new update. If I try to play with a family I used to play with it is impossible to find there house. If I try to create a new family, after opening create a sim the page stays blank. I can't see a sim, or change anything about is (obviously, cause I can't click on someone who isn't there). In other words, I can't play at all. Any tips or help?
