can't buy photography studio

Tried literally every other avenue I could. The game allows me to buy a retail store as a business, and nothing else. I'm wanting to purchase a photography studio. HELP

@kirito1997d do you mean the build/buy catalogue item? You should just be able to search for "photo studio" and it should come up in the catalogue.
If memory serves me right, the photography studio is an build/buy item and not a lot type. It should therefore be purchasable through the build/buy catalogue and not through your Sims mobile phone.
