Re: Your top 5 wishes for 2020 for The Sims Mobile

I know I've already put in my top five suggestions, but I thought of a few more things.

6. Contact list edit feature. I can't be the only one who has a full contacts list, but most of them are retired sims that you can't interact with. I'd love to be able to delete and reorganize the sims on my list.

7. More playable sims. I'm not the first to mention this, but I agree that we ought to have more than 4. How about 4 playable sims per house? I'm even willing to pay simcash or do a quest for them.

8. More party types. There's so much potential here. BBQ, luau, costume, housewarming, cocktail, game night, movie night, LAN, and pool parties just to name a few.

9. Include timer in party invite. When I log in and see that I've been invited to a party by one of my friends, it would be really helpful to know how long the party has been going for. If the party has been going for hours by the time I see it, I'd know not to attend because it's probably already at level 10 and there's no one there to see my sims and give them stickers.

10. No more/fewer STSs. Seriously, we all are so sick and tired of Patty and her bake-offs. Give us a break and do an "old school" event every now and then to break up the monotony of the dreaded STSs.

These are great suggestions and I agree with ALL.of them  especially:

6). Ability to Delete our Sims Contact List,

7). More playable Sims per Household

8). More Party Themes  !!!
(Your Parties are so popular, Cakes, they’re hard to get into, before the dreaded “ Whoops this party is full” message shows up. 😂 )

and MOSTLY  number

10   10    10     TEN.     -     NO MORE  or Fewer STS.

I still detest pretty much everything about      them  Boring, Repetitive, Expensive, Time- Consuming even after the addition of the Golden Tickets & Advert Rewards

I prefer the Old-School Events we had. 😢

It also irks me that you “ lose”  the extra sugar cubes  that you  “purchased”  via SimCash or Cupcakes.   I think they should be yours until you finish or quit the Challenge.

Re: Your top 5 wishes for 2020 for The Sims Mobile

@katclawsx3  I'll go one further and say I think we ought to be able to roll over any leftover sugar cubes to the next time you do a challenge. Even if--or maybe especially if--you fail a round. For instance, let's say you fail out on the first round at 90% and you didn't spend any sugar cubes, I think that the next time you do a challenge you ought to have those cubes available to you, in order to make up for failing the last challenge. So you'd start that next challenge with 60 sugar cubes.

Think about it. Being able to roll over those cubes won't make a huge difference, but it'll allow you to go more rounds on the next challenge or two. That can really help out players who are floundering and falling behind because of failed challenges.

Also, sometimes you go as far as you can and you cash out and quit with 2 or 4 cubes left over. You can't go another round with so few sugar cubes, but it could help you go maybe one more round on the next challenge. And it's something that would only count throughout that whole event, but wouldn't carry over to the next STS event.

Is what I'm saying making sense? I think it would make the Showdowns a bit more palatable, it would certainly make them more fair, and maybe we wouldn't hate them so much. Come on, Fire Monkeys, this is a game and it's meant to be FUN. As they are, the STSs are not fun.

★ Guide

Another wish that I hope will come true in 2020 would be to have more modern prizes, especially regarding clothing and hairstyles.

We always (most of the time) get old-fashioned clothing and hairstyles.

There is a need for modern and trendy things please! We don't need dresses/hairstyles that  only middle-aged person would wear.

Ohh I'm abit late for this...

But here are my top 5 wishes-

1) Re-run of missed events if possible. I mean like the football event, date night, etc

2) Having pets and jacuzzi and pool in the usual buying list.

3) If players could visit other houses of other players or atleast could have a party at another house.

4) More sim slots.

5) Selling the furniture.

I’m late too! This might be a tad long. I think parties & the multiplayer element in general is truly the game’s saving grace. So it needs to be taken to a whole different level:

1.) Allow players visit friend’s homes if they’re also online, not just view them. And also send messages outside of parties so hangouts can be arranged virtually. Would be fun to log in and go hangout at a "sim friend"s place and see what they’ve been up to with their builds.

Building is THE major driving force of the game and should be expanded. People spend a lot of time, and real world money to build a house that’s worth showing. So:

2.) Add a showcase feature where each week, a top 10 list of houses could be featured in-game and the top 3 get prizes. From a financial/marketing point, players would spend more money on simCash, packs, etc and work harder on STS to get their house looking great to be featured. As well as "Most stickers". Again, more players would be inclined to buy & grind for gems to get izzy clothing and cool outfits. 2 types of simmers: those who invest in outfits and those who invest in builds. Showcase both.

3.)
Trades. Please allow players sell unwanted items from their inventory (for whatever currency) or at least allow them trade with other players. I have STS prizes I won’t ever use that I’m sure others would love and vice versa. From a user engagement perspective, this would encourage more players to use the chat feature at parties as other players could have items they want.

4.) Parties:
I’ve always thought it would be really cool to have the chat feature show up in actual speech bubbles on the sims at the party, instead of a chat window. How awesome would that be! We could literally be our sims, interacting naturally.

5.) Another party suggestion is if to have a sort of playlist feature where we could choose the songs we want to play. It would be a cool way to see other players’ tastes in music. To make it more palatable for EA since I know yall are money driven - we could pay a few simCash to add songs we want to our playlist so we can throw parties with them.

6.) More party themes. The four we have gets boring quick. Even better than preset themes, let users choose their own. Add more party items to cover a range of ideas and let players be creative. Someone wants to have a baby shower and burst out those easter bunnies & teddy bears from past events, cool! Or a housewarming party - awesome! Graduation party - I’m there! Valentine’s Day for Singles party with a ton of "juices" and old STS prizes as decor - heckkk yes. It would be so fun, and it would make finding parties really interesting to see what other players have come up with.

7.) PLEASE bring back old STS prizes as packs if need be, so new or casual players can purchase them. The assets already exist, so why not offer them to those who missed these events and make some money in the process instead of just hoarding them lol.

Also, please let us buy colours of items we’ve got, if we weren’t able to open all the boxes at the end of the STS. It’s annoying to have things I‘d love to use sitting in my inventory but they’re not the right colour. I literally don’t understand why you can’t just slap a Simolean/simCash value on them and let players who already own the items buy the colour they want at the end of the event.

8.) 45 Degree rotation needs to be fixed so objects can be placed by walls, and also not be impacted by wall decorations. This is infuriating when decorating.

9.) Weather: Now that would be cool. I know it’s a lot to ask after the day/night cycle update, but please consider it.

10.) Pool. Nuff said

@ChristineXe I totally agree with you... especially with being able to send messages to other players and making a pool (:

So, in keeping with what is going on in the World 🌎🌏🌍😷🧼🤲  right now,

I would like to see “Wash Hands” as a way to earn some more energy points in addition to using the Bed, Shower, Commode, & Bathtub.

It could be a mindful reminder IRL.  Just a thought

* sim profile : socialism, send gifts!, easier to view friends sims,

* allow more sim contacts

* more interior / exterior wall designs & new flooring please, glass skylight roofs, solar roof panels,

* house levels, upstairs, cellars ( considering the weather update )

* can the furniture store be separated by coin value, llama token value and simcash value?
