Xbox, Achievements vs cheats

So I've looked in a few places and the answer's not completely obvious

It says if i unlock cheats on a save it disables achievements

Does this mean if i create 2 households, one without using cheats, one using cheats, I'll get achievements from the household without cheats but not one with cheats? I just wanna know for sure before i choose whether to use them or not
