[XB1] Can't put elements in display box [ Edited ]

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? none
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to put elements in the display rack.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing it just does not work.
What do you expect to see? Either elements removed or the problem fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I've collected elements for the display rack but can't seem to put them in there....

Hi @allie21502,

Welcome to the forum! Could you try this?:
1.- Open your Sim's inventory and search for one of the elements
2.- Press X to live drag the item
3.- Move the cursor to the display object
4.- Press X again to try to place it there.

Sims 4 Xbox one. Elemental display rack doesn't work!!!

Do you have elements in your inventory and cannot add them to the rack? Or what is the thing not working? Does it happen every time? If this happens repeatedly and might be a bug it would be really helpful if you reported it in the Sims 4 bug forum!

I have them in my inventory and it never works!

And you're sure that they're pure elements and not rocks and metals etc. Did you dry dragging them to the rack or what did you do?

Ive looked up which ones can go in, so I know these can. And you can't click and drag on console. I tried putting them in there in build mode but that didn't work and there isn't an interactions with the objects.
