World of Luxury Event Rewards Bug

Based on experience, it's just luck of the draw or the game's randomizer. In a previous event, I was unable to get the dart board, a rare item. But, in another, I was able to get the Haute Dog costume which was a rare item.

It's also statistics, if you have lotsa coins to spend then you probably can get all the items and/or complete the collection. But to achieve this you really have to play round the clock (missing sleep!) or as you've done already, spend real $$$.
