Why is my sims mobile have so many bugs?

Hello, my sims account on sims mobile is great but is has so many bugs I only asked for my age and it knows my name I think someone hacked me in sims mobile and my baby has not grown yet this is Ridiculous all the bugs are going to make me delete all the sims apps please fix this.
