Why can't I get Sims 4 for free? There is a promotion.

I have tried to get Sims 4 for free. It ends on May 28th and I am still trying but it keeps on failing! I have already tried doing the wish list thing on the client and website but nothing works. Can someone please help me?

Where is the promotion and are you getting any error messages?

@MrzSomzie  The offer for a free copy of Sims 4 ended May 28th, 2019.  There is no new offer right now, and as far as I know, that one week a year ago is the only time the game has ever been offered for free.

@MrzSomzie Keep an eye open for sales at Origin and other authorized retailers. It's true that the Sims 4 has not been offered for free since May 2019 but there have been frequent sales where the base game has been discounted by as much as 85 percent.

I'm just a regular Sims player, I do not work for EA, Sony, or Microsoft
