When can samsung phone users play the sims mobile

When will Samsung phone users be able to play the Sims mobile? I have a Samsung J3 phone and I am unable to download the app. It seems really fun and my friend wants me to get it but I can't. Help!

i have the same problem and u can download it on apk.com them look sims mobile and enjoy.
