When I place lots from the gallery, some items go missing

Hey! 

So, the only lots I try to download are usually the Maxis curated ones (I think), and none of the descriptions say that they need any certain packs or anything like that. Judging by the comments, it seems to work for most people. When I place them, the room is there, but a pop-up will appear and say something like: "One or more items may not be installed on your computer or the EA account that is currently logged in does not own these items. __ Build mode items have been removed. __ Build mode items have been substituted." (__ is just a placement, the pop-up does actually contain a number)

So I'm not sure if this is my own computer (since it doesn't say it needs any packs), or if some of these items were removed later on? Thank you!!

(As an example, one of the rooms/lots, that I can place, where items go missing is: "Research Barracks Station" by Akiora)

Hey   Try updating/repairing your game, or maybe try logging in and out of origin.
