Is my chat not working for y'all? I can't talk to anyone and it's not showing any one arriving on it! I just started!!

My kids are stuck in Bali because Mount Agung erupted yesterday and spewed ash 2km into the air, so their flights been cancelled, so no party from me until I know my kids are coming home.
