Wanted to change a language in Sims 4,couldn't because of the region lock

Dear Origin staff

Why can't you just make ALL the languages available at once?

WHY do you have a * region lock?

My game was bought in Russia and now i can't change it to English.

Can you help me change it or i just have to bear trough this?

These kinds of locks is so that people do not buy a cheap Russian version and then change it to their language. Russian/Polish/Czech only contains these three languages. Nothing you can do about that.
