Lifestyle isn’t it either, sim friends got it and one is two tiers higher than me while the other is well below. I think, like the glam pack, it’s random... 😡and I missed out yet again 🦈

It seems like, after you purchased both hats and the bracelet, go to the section where you can buy tickets with SimCash. There should be an option where you can buy a Fashion Gem with 10 blue clothes/accessories tickets...

perhaps they think I have too many gems.  Alice just spent more than 45K gems at Izzy's since the update.
