Hi @summerraigne     

  

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

   

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
  • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

Thank you for replying,

1. I rebooted the router and all devices used >Issue persists

2.I cleared the Cache/Cookies/history in safari, chrome, and firefox on all devices> issue persists

3. Currently at this time all devices appear to be up to date

4. Devices Used:

 

Windows 11 PC using firefox/Chrome 8 GB ram
MacBook Pro 2022 macOS Monterey 12.6
iPad 9th Gen iOS 15.7
iPhone 13 iOS 16.0.3

 

This issue is still ongoing
