So I recently just Purchased the Jeong Manor House . However after the purchase it didn’t spawn on my lot , so I went to designer homes catalog and it was there but I had to pay 3,800 sim cash. I’m confused because I just payed $7 for the Jeong Manor House. And then it said “unlocks the template and allows one free use” . I am confused does it mean that even if I pay for the house it’ll only unlock the template and I would have to pay an additional sum cash. And if it says allows one free use , why can’t I use my free use? It just says pay with sim cash. Do I have to expand my lot ? Idk feels like a scam to me .
