i feel like we need real answers its 2024 and this question hs been asked for years yet no real resolution.
before u offer your trouble shooting tips i already took the liberty in reading the respondes and tried what u offered and nothing worked doing the tutorial doesnt help nothing if you upload yoyr save data to the cloud using iphone and your trna transfer it to android it doesnt work.
your account only recognizes the data from the device i have been trying to do this for a week now so we know im not playing around.
i’ve also deleted the app and redownloaded it on both devices and nothing. i mines well add im an xbox gamer with games from ea and trasnfering data from xbox to xbox aint never a problem so can i get a real response!!!!!!! someone higher up and not a chat rep?????? our money and fake ok so maybe it might be time to stop giving advice and look at the stuff yourself download it to your phone test your product not all of us is experiencing the same thing or play play we aint making this stuff up yall need to fix this #gsqc
