Thought bubble help

After recently downloading Seasons and Jungle adventure I am constantly seeing a thought bubble come up above my sims and my dog. It looks like a box that would be on a desk with books and papers in it. What does this mean?

could you post a pic ? Do you have overlapping thought bubbles as well ?

It does sound like it a little as far as seeing the same bubble over and over again and everything is fine. All my sims see it.

@crinrict I’m playing for the first time today and it seems to be fixed. I didn’t do anything special.
