The customisation option from sims 3 brought into the sims 4

I would love to see the customisation of items, walls and floors again! I loved the freedom of that option from sims 3, I would make so many different houses that would compliment my sims personalities that the possibilities were endless! 

It would be so great for the sims 4 to have that feature again because I think the graphics would be so complimentary!

Just a quick thought!
