The computer screen gets darker when the sims 4 starts [ Edited ]

Hello, this is actually not a question. I had this issue and found one thread here about my issue. Looks like the simmer just gave up to find the solution but I was able to fix this, I'm just writing this a tiny help for someone else.  Recently, I got a new mouse and I saw a software got installed automatically  while connecting the mouse to my desktop.

Since this software has been installed, it was connected with the sims 4. There was no problem with running the Sims 3 or other games. Eventually, I uninstalled this software, and the issue has gone. While it was on the quick running tray on the task bar at button right, the display brightness suddenly drop down to low while the sims 4 was starting. Hope this help someone else has the same issue as mine.  If you know how to use this software properly, then you won't need to uninstall and fix the issue but I don't know how it works, so I just uninstalled. Thanks.
