The Sims Mobile is temporarily unavailable on the French and German Google Play and iOS App Store storefronts after September 14.

Sul Sul Simmers!

Starting September 14, The Sims Mobile will be temporarily unavailable in French and German Stores for Android or Apple devices.

You can keep playing after this date if you already have The Sims Mobile installed on your smart device, but further updates will not be available at this time.

Depending on how user data is stored and how old your device is, there is a risk you may lose progress. To avoid this, please make a note of your Player ID and link your game to your EA Account for easier restoration of your saved backups. Here’s how to do it,

  • Open The Sims Mobile,
  • Clicking on Settings
  • Follow the prompts to sign in to your EA account.

If you delete the game or switch to a new device, the game won’t be available to download.

For users who have previously downloaded The Sims Mobile, there is a workaround in the App Store to access the game:

  • Select the ‘Account’ icon near the top right-hand corner
  • Select “Purchased,” it will display all apps previously purchased, including ones that are no longer available on the app store.
  • Re-download The Sims Mobile from there.

Thank you,

Team TSM
