The Sims 4: Scenarios

Is there any way to delete scenarios?
I've tried a few scenarios and find them generally uninteresting (for me, anyway) and wish to delete most of them, especially those I've completed.
They are taking up memory on my computer and my Sims 4 game with all its packs already lags enough already.

Yes, I have SDX enabled but even if I disabled it, would I have the option to disable the auto-install of new scenarios?
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
