I've completed the 3 games with all the correct specs for the challenges but it's not updating. Spoke to eahelp to twitter but they can't do anything anyone else had issues?

Under settings: enable targeted marketing. See if it's on. while you're there make sure that you're connected to Facebook, EA, Google Play etc., You never know when you're going to lose your game. also while you're there make sure you get a copy of your account number. 😃
