Suggestion maybe..

We should be able to delete past relationships with NPC... 

So many turn into elders before you have a chance to do anything with them ..

Once they "elder" you cant have them move in ... not really much use for them they just take up space In your "relationship" area 

Also would be nice to some how get rid if the NPC bosses n bring new ones in ... not always looking at the same old "ELDER" faces ughhh

I absolutely agree with that. Or even create your own new boss every time they get to the elder stage. These Sims need retirement too!
