I've been prompted by EA Help on Twitter to post my suggestion here.
My issue is that Gallery will load search results after you change every single filter. Sometimes loading the search results can take a full minute, so if you want to search for 5 different filters (eg. popular now, households, 2-3 sims, with dogs, "Sulani" search term), it will take ages because the gallery reloads every time you add a new filter.
My suggestion is that the gallery has a "search" button added to it, so that you can change all of the filters at once and then press "search" for the search results to be loaded. This way the gallery searches once instead of five times and, even if that one search has to be slightly longer than a regular search, it will still be a quicker overall experience.
