Stray Dog in Selvadorada -- Jungle Adventure

So, I thought I read somewhere that stray dogs and cats would be relegated to Brindleton Bay unless there was a lot trait that attracted strays to that lot. So, why is there a stray dog in Selvadorada?

@troshalom, I think this was on purpose as Selvadora is supposed to be another country than that of where the Sims usually live, and it is also supposed to be a place that is really at one with nature.  So, instead of having wild animals in the jungle, there are stray animals in the jungle … you will also see cats here.
