So Sims 4 Legacy...Just downloaded it and I still can't play the game

So I just downloaded the Sims 4 Legacy Edition and it still will not allow me to play the game. I am not sure what the problem is. My computer is very old. I'm able to play Sims 3 with no issue but Sims 4 is just killing me right now. Should I uninstall the Sims 4 Limited Edition that I originally had and just install the Sims 4 Legacy Edition in it's place? Or will that just set me back even further from actually being able to play the game?
