Sims mobile game issues

On the sims mobile app the game won’t allow me to request another sim to join my household because “no more room in household”. I have 4 lots in the game and only 5 sims total, 4 playable and 1 other one. I am able to have a baby so the no more room in household doesn’t make sense.

The game also won’t allow any of my sims to do a shift at the Eco workshop because “there is an event in progress” but none of my sims are doing a shift.

I would like these issues fixed so I can enjoy my gameplay.

@zshaxvbcpkh9 Hi, you have to have a playable sim slot free, when requesting another player’s sim to move in.

For the Eco workshop issue, leave your sims idle for a bit an restart the app. When reopening the game, check if events pop up as completed (pink check marks), claim the prizes and restart the app again. You might have to restart several times to get the past events cleared.
