Sims can not go to restaurant and spa [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? Polski
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions,All gamepacks,All stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to travel to spa or restaurant with a sims and go to the building
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim can not enter spa or restaurant
What do you expect to see? My sim should enter the spa or restaurant
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have seen this as well in my game there is an easy way to fix it when you place lots right now they get sat to  Residential Lots you just have to go into build mode

and sat it to what the lot really is it does this with stores to

@AgnieszkaMaria81 Did you test this with several Sims and also on a fresh save to see if it's an issue of a certain Sim/save ?

Could you translate what the message means ?

The Message says There is no sims at home. I tested this on a fresh save and radom sim. I repaired my game with origin too before testing. The problem is when putting a lot from gallery or the game the lot status is home lot by default. I tested it with a club  a restaurant a spa . the problem is the same. Game recongnise  any lot as a home lot that is the problem.Temporally fix is to manually  change it status but the problem is big.Before the game recongnise any lot without a problem.

I have the issue in any save I play or create from scratch. I tested it in 5 new save files.

I repaired my game trough Origin three time and the issue remains

You actually can now choose what type you want when placing through the library

Just make sure to pick restaurant.

Sorry if I misunderstood your issue. I thought you had this on all lots that used to be restaurants/retail .. already in your game, not only after you newly placed them trough the Gallery
