Sims WONT age up?!?!

After installing The Sims 4: Snowy Escape my sims will not age up not matter what I do.

Anyone else having this issue?

I have seemed to of tried everything. So far using the cas edit cheat and manual aging them to the next age is the only way to proceed. But that would mean loosing any potential earned traits that come with the transition UGHHH

Any ideas?

@appplebutter Hi, have you checked the settings for auto aging or made them a birthday cake?
