So, At The Beggining Of The Game, It Makes You Create An NPC, And So Recently I Got Married, Is There Anyway To Move Her Out So I Can Get My Wife In With Me, Thank You.

@mrjakemccarroll either you'll open the 3rd Sims slot or when your other Sim is of age she will retire (when she has all her traits). 

At level 13 you'll get the Roommate Race:

To unlock the 3rd slot.
