Sims Birthday Problems

Hi, I just started and I had a child. I aged him up into a teenager and it wouldn't let me save. It said I cant save when a sim is aging up. But he was a teenager. I then Aged him up again to a young adult and the same problem occored. I also cant build, or manage my worlds. Please help! Ricky

Did you use a Cake for age up or how did you do.

Try going to Origin and right clicking on the game and select Repair.
