I bought sims 4 for christmas and I had it on the computer and I woke up the next morning and it logged me out and I didn’t know my details so I made my new account... and I try to put in the code but it keeps saying this product code has already been used ?

@AdarlingPrincess Hey, the code can only be used once, and making a new account won't let you play. 

You can try to log into your initial account again and you should find the game in your library. If you have no luck with this, please reach out to support, they can help you to regain full control of this account.
